CONCORD, NC - The much anticipated online registration process for WKA National events has taken its first step,  beginning with the McLaughlin Motorsports Nationals July 15-17 at New Castle Motorsports Park in Indiana for the Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup Series. Customers can now log onto the WKA site and register online for their respective classes by clicking Racing Series, then choosing the “Register Online” option under the Manufacturers Cup Series column. From there, customers can easily follow the steps to lock in their entries for the upcoming event. One of the many perks to the online entry process includes an Event Tee from the event for each driver, free of charge. Competitors wishing to get additional Event Tees will still be able to purchase them at the WKA Souviner Trailer at the event for $15.95 per shirt.

For those who choose the traditional method of mailing their entry in, that option is also still available by clicking the “Paper Entry Blank” option, also under the categories of the Manufacturers Cup Series.

Additionally, the Tiered Fee System which has been in place the last few years, will also be modified, in an attempt to better serve the customer. Instead of a 2 Tier System for pre entries, there will be 1 set fee customers will pay, from the time the respective entry blank goes online, through the Tuesday of the week prior to the national event in question. For example, with the entry blank for New Castle now available, customers will pay the posted price for their respective classes until July 5, which is the Tuesday of the week prior to the national event. All other entries will be taken care of at the track, with customers paying the” At Track Price” listed for the respective classes, which includes;

Trophy Classes

Pro IAME Junior and Pro Swift Sportsman

Pro IAME Senior

Be sure and check the entry blank for the prices specific to your class/classes.

The Online Registration process, as well as the Tiered Fee System, will also carry over into the RLV Tuned Exhaust Products Gold Cup Series, beginning with the August 5-7 Kart City Performance Nationals, also at New Castle Motorsports Park.

For now, customers on the Gold Cup Series will continue with the same Tiered Fee System and Registration Process for the upcoming Carolina Summer Nationals June 24-26 at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, South Carolina, which is currently available to view under the Gold Cup Series category online.

The online option, as well as the modification of the fee system, will clearly make life much more simple for customers who are now spared the worry of early deadline fees, or the stress of getting the entry in the mail on time. The process should be much more streamlined, making for a less stressful and more expeditious experience.
