CONCORD, NC - With an astounding 10 victories in the most recent Kart City Performance Nationals for the RLV Tuned Exhaust Products Gold Cup Series August 5-7 at New Castle Motorsports Park in Indiana, Arrow Racing Chassis has taken a commanding lead in the battle for Chassis supremacy with just 1 race to go for 2016.
Leading the charge was Maryland driver Jacob Heavlow, accounting for half of the Arrow total with 5, while Ohio’s David Kalb Jr checked in for 4 wins on the chassis. Kevin Lanyi also aided the Arrow cause by picking up his first career win in Sportsman LO206 competition.
It was also a good weekend for the Comet Eagle Chassis as Indiana’s Adam Maxwell flew the Eagle high with 4 wins in Sportsman competition.
Coyote Motorsports checked in for 3 wins on the weekend, with Illinois veteran Ryan Cassity checking in for 2 wins in Masters competition, while Florida’s Sean Meier picked up the other win.
Single wins were claimed by Bandit, MGM, and Razor respectively, with Matt Miller claiming the Bandit win in Junior LO206 action. North Carolina’s Caleb Gafrarar led the MGM charge with a Sportsman LO206 win, while Georgia’s Jimmy Cole Jackson snared the win for Razor Chassis in Junior LO206 competition.
With 1 race left to go October 7-9 at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, South Carolina for the GT Machine Grand Nationals, here’s a look at the updated standings:
