CONCORD, NC - As competitors on the all new WKA Winter Cup Program prepare for the 2nd round of action Feb 5-7 at103rd Street Sports Complex in Jacksonville, Florida, yet another incentive has been placed in front of 5 potential inaugural champions. With titles to be determined March 4-6 at the season finale at Go Pro Motorplex in Mooresville, North Carolina, champions in 5 of the 8 classes will receive a free race entry to the IAME Atlantic Challenge with Briggs and Stratton August 12 and 13 at the Go Pro facility Classes that are eligible include:

IAME USA East Pro Swift Sportsman

Briggs and Stratton LO206 Senior
The August IAME Atlantic Challenge with Briggs and Stratton will also afford many drivers the opportunity to tackle the demanding Go Pro Motorplex Course under the lights, truly making this event very unique in every way, with huge prizes and great purse money being placed on the line for some of Americas top 2 and 4 Cycle racers.

Jones also noted that several major teams have already committed to attending the August event since the announcement was made just a few days ago.
Additionally, the weekends event has also been very strategically placed on an off weekend for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. With the Motorplex right in the heart of NASCAR Race Shops in Mooresville, combined with Sprint Cup drivers looking for an opportunity to race anywhere, anytime, the Go Pro staff are currently working on getting a few of the stars of NASCAR to stop by and participate on that weekend.
