As WKA and North Florida Kart Club Officials busily prepare for the season opener March 27-29 at 103rd Street Sports Complex in the Ionic Edge Chassis Nationals, competitors in the meantime can view the specs for their respective classes.
Returning for another year will be the LO206 Kid Karts, Sportsman LO206, Sportsman Pro Gas Animal Lite and Heavy, Junior Pro Gas Animal Lite and Heavy, LO206 Junior, Senior LO206 Heavy, Senior Pro Gas Animal, Animal Medium, and Animal Heavy Mix.
With over $165,000 in posted cash, products, certificates, and incentives from many companies, spearheaded by Steve Baker of Baker Racing Engines, this years Gold Cup Program is set to one of the best ever.
Included in that format will be the return of the Shootout Races on Friday for the Sportsman and Junior Pro Gas classes, as well as the Pro Gas Animal Money Race.
